Summer 2021 - “Sleep Smarter: 21 Essential Strategies to sleep your way to a better body, better health and bigger success”, Shawn Stevenson

For the past 6 years I have been listening to the author’s podcast, “The Model Health Show”, where the episodes cover a wide variety of topics pertaining to physical and mental health.  The information is clearly presented in a way that keeps the listener engaged, regardless of any prior knowledge they may have of the topic.  One episode that I found particularly interesting and helpful after years of dealing with chronic insomnia was in regards to nighttime routines and the positive affect they have on our sleep and health.  Shortly after listening to that episode I heard that “Sleep Smarter” was being published and I purchased it as soon as it was available.  I found it to be a relatively quick, informative read and I put into practice some of the tactics I read about immediately.  I’m now eager to read it again with fresh eyes and to put new tactics into play. I look forward to hearing your feedback on “Sleep Smarter” and about which tactics you find useful for achieving a sound sleep.
