Move better…

We hear people describe the pain and discomfort they feel in their bodies on a daily basis. Ailments ranging from back pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis and rotator cuff issues are just a few of the more common concerns people have. Although these ailments are typically attributed to living a more sedentary lifestyle, it is important to look at each person individually. Finding the balance between overusing and underusing muscles will help keep the body healthy.

Corrective Exercise is designed to address muscle imbalances and joint limitations in the body resulting in decreased discomfort and pain, increased range of motion, injury prevention and an overall better quality of life.

Despite athletic ability and age, Corrective Exercise is beneficial for everyone. It focuses on the individual beginning with a thorough intake and a full body assessment that will address posture, range of motion, balance and strength.

Based on the results of the initial assessment, a program will be specially designed and tailored on an ongoing basis. Homework will also be provided to help make progress between in-office sessions.

Please wear comfortable clothing, such as workout clothes, to each session.
